3 Roll Weld Box |
The T&H Lemont 3 Roll Weld Box has three clevises mounted on a self-centering heavy duty chuck to provide simultaneous adjustment of all three weld rolls about the tube centerline. The entire chuck assembly is sub-plate mounted to provide vertical adjustment for the various tube centerline heights. Two of the clevis sets are slide mounted with individual lead screw adjustment to compensate for edge mismatch and to, permit quick initial setup.

3 Roll Water Cooled Weld Box |
The weld box is designed for either two top roll use ("Y" configuration) or for a single top weld roll (inverted "Y").
Each weld box includes one set of clevises to accommodate a tube range and an extra set of three (3) spare shaft assemblies to pre-mount weld rolls for size changes. The tube size range which can be welded with the 3 Roll Weld Box is .750" to 3.125" OD with a maximum wall thickness of .135" in mild carbon steel.
