As a leader in the industry, T&H Lemont pioneered the use of NC/CNC and CAD/CAM in the design and manufacture of roller dies for the tube mill and roll former industries. T&H Lemont uses state-of-the-art CAD/CAM methods to design and manufacture mill rolls. T&H Lemont's extensive computer database contains tens of thousands of roll designs covering most mill types used in the industry today. T&H Lemont's roll designers apply their experience and knowledge to the specific needs of each customer. Proven roll designs are tailored to satisfy exact mill requirements. Rolls are manufactured from CAM programs, which are stored in the database for future reference. Our customers can be assured that future rolls and reconditioned roll orders will exactly match the original.
