Cut Off Dies

Cut Off Die

T&H Lemont stocks No. 1, 2, 3, and 3-S die sets. These are supplied for flying cut offs, or for recutting operations on a punch press. Long life and durability are inherent in T&H Lemont construction. Bronze wear pads are employed on the rail bearing surfaces and hardened wear plates are provided under the die holding blocks.

All component parts are standardized, and can be replaced immediately from stock. Where extensive repairs are required, it may be more expedient to ship your die to T&H Lemont for a complete rebuilding. A rebuilt die leaves our plant with the same precision and same guarantee as a new die set. Die slides, rails, and other parts for the cut off press are some of the associated equipment also built by T&H Lemont.

T&H Lemont also designs and manufactures special die sets for your specific press and tube size ranges.

Cut Off Jaws

Cut Off Jaws

T&H Lemont's service for standard sizes of cut off jaws is unsurpassed. Material is stocked for immediate production of jaws for all sizes and shapes of tubing such as round, square or rectangular in diamond shape or offset; or in the flat with or without corner radii. All jaws are made of air-hardening tool steel for superior wearing qualities. This material also permits the repair of chips or cracks without severe loss of hardness through welding, as occurs with ordinary tool steels.
