Optical Mill Alignment services for new and existing Tube Mills and Roll Formers of all makes and models regardless of manufacturer. These
services include, specifically:

Check for level and parallel base
alignment

Check preliminary, related mill
component alignments relative to each other.

Check bottom shaft parallelism to the
mill base.

Parallel shafts to each other, check
shafts for end play, set dials at "0".

Align shaft shoulders or collars to
correct centerline location ± .002".

Check side roll stands for correct
height.
-
Center side roll stand spindles and
mark location.
-
Center weld box scarfing stands and
ironing pass stand.

Check cut off alignment.
-
Check run out and dump table alignment.
